The Hi-Fi rifle can only be found in the armory in Yaran Contraband. It can be found on El Rancho Bicho, Cielo Gardens in the Noventarmas area in Valle De Oro. There you need to find it inside the house on the ranch, near the vehicle pick-up point.
Mods
This Hi-Fi Rifle can use the Ammo mods, Optical Mods, and Rifle Mods except for the Muzzle Mods, Pointer Mod, and Canted Sights Mods. The Ammo Mods have Blast Rounds that deal with blast damage in an area, are greatly effective against vehicles, and can break bulletproof windshields and impairs weapon damage.
The Optical Mods can have Canted Sight which will have side-mounted iron sight and Tactical Sight with 3x mid-range scope. The Rifle Mod will have a Gut Wrencher which will improve body shot weapon damage and Preloader will improve the speed of replacing a partially used mag.
