Rainbow Six Siege has announced the theme of this year’s Halloween Event, and no wonder it will be Doktor’s Curse.
Rainbow Six Siege Halloween Event Overview
On October 11th, 2021, Ubisoft announced Rainbow Six Siege, Rainbow6Game, the new Halloween event of the year on its official Twitter account. For this year’s Halloween theme, Ubisoft has decided to bring back the Doktor’s Curse.
The theme was introduced with a poster of Doktor with a spooky background. The developers have chosen a relatable and perfectly matching theme for the event.
The Event
This year the Rainbow Six Siege Halloween Event will take place from October 12th, 2021, to November 2nd, 2021. The three-week-long event will bring back many of its popular game modes, themes, and characters.
Among the game mode, one is Monster Hunt Game mode. In this year’s Halloween event, you will also see the map from the Frankenstein version of the theme park with a bit of new touch.
The map has a bit of rework done to add a few surprises and monsters around the corner for the horror elements.
Just like the map, the Monster hunt Mode will also have a bit of twist in it. This time the Rainbow Six Siege has the new version of the Monster Hunt mode, with the 5v5 will have some monsters like Lion and Jackal on the Exterminators side.
Also, the Rainbow Six Siege Halloween Event has the sledges back, which can only wield hammers as weapons and choose one gadget from the three options available.
The three options available are attached to a unique operator skin which are the Eyenox Model III (Jackal), Heartbeat Sensor (Pulse), and EE-ONE-D (Lion).
The New Monster Hunt Mode
In the 5v5 Monster mode, you will face five other monsters, which can be any of them, which are Lesion, Frost, Kapkan, Smoke, and Ela.
Also, Aruni and Melisa are the new additions to the list. The defending monsters will not have any weapons, but they can set traps or use their unique abilities like becoming momentarily invisible and running faster for this mode.
These features will help the defending monsters to survive the round. At the same time, the attacking monsters will try to kill the opponents.
New Collections
Also, in this Rainbow Six Siege Halloween Event, you can customize your full-color 3D figures of the Rainbow Six Siege operators with the exclusive Doktor’s Curse skins available during the event.
The Doktor’s Curse collection will include bundle for smoke, Kapkan, Frost, lesion, Doc, Bandita, and Ela, which was in the previous Doktor’s Collection. But with this, the collection will also have bundles for the new monsters like Jackal, Lion, Aruni, Melisa, and Kaid.
The Bundles are available for 1680 R6 credits each, or you can also acquire them via the collection packs for 300 R6 credits each. And suppose you log in anytime during the Rainbow Six Siege Halloween Event, from October 12th to November 2nd.
In that case, you will get a free Doktor’s Curse pack and three other surprise collection packs by completing Ubisoft Challenges.
