Genshin Impact Kaeya is a charming individual with a dusky complexion and Bluish-lilac eyes. His diamond-shaped pupil makes him noticeable as it resembles Dainsleif and the Unknown God. He always keeps his aquamarine-colored hair tied in a long ponytail, with a line of lighter hair on one side. He wears an eyepatch over his eye, which he got from his grandfather, who was a pirate, according to Kaeya. But this is very unlikely to be true.

Normal Attack
Ceremonial Bladework – This attack can be categorized into three basic criteria. Normal, Charged, and Plunging attack.
In a normal attack, he can perform up to 5 consecutive rapid attacks back to back.
And the attacks are more powerful when it changes to a charged attack. It consumes stamina indeed but throws in two rapid sword strikes.
He can strike from the mid-air in plunging attacks while dealing with a powerful AoE damage upon impact.
Elemental Attack

The critical rate of Normal and Charged attacks against enemies affected by Cold or Frozen effects increases by 15%. This level has more chances of hitting critical hits on enemies.
Never-Ending Performance
The duration of Glacial Waltz increases by 2.5s whenever an enemy is defeated by it. This duration can last up to a maximum of 15 seconds.
Dance of Frost
Frostgnaw’s level is increased by 3. This level will not increase after 15 levels.
Frozen Kiss
Whenever Kaeya’s HP falls below 20%, it creates a shield that absorbs damage up to 30% of Kaeya’s Maximum Health Potential. It increases Cryo Damage shield up to 250%. This effect can only take place once in a minute.
Frostbiting Embrace
Glacial Waltz‘s level is increased by 3. This level will not increase after 15 levels.
Glacial Whirlwind
At this level, the Elemental Burst (Glacial Waltz) will create 4 icicles instead of 3. The Extra one grants an almost 33% boost on your Elemental Burst ability.

Builds can enhance the Cryo part of the Kaeya. The best build available for Kaeya is Cryo Support Build. This build is instrumental against low-level enemies.
Cryo Support Build
Cryo Support Build is dependent on the Elemental Burst ability of the Kaeya. With level 6 of the constellation, you can increase its damage output very much. Using it with other abilities to form elemental reactions can make your enemy weak. Moreover, due to multiple casting in this ability, you can make good support for your team.
Weapon – Skyrider Sword
This sword grants a 12/15/18/21/24% increase in damage and movement speed after using Elemental Burst. This effect lasts for 12 seconds. You can reduce the cooldown by using some other artifact sets with this weapon.
