To unlock the Wingsuit in Far Cry 6 you need to build a hidden network. By building a hidden network you can have the ability to permanently use the wingsuit without equipping it anywhere. So to do that you need to follow some steps below.
Start with building a hidden network then upgrade the facility upgrade at one of the three main camps. The up-gradation will cost 30 metals and 30 gasoline.
Then complete the first story quest for each region after finishing the prologue on Isla Santuario. These regions are Valle De Oro, Patriotas Peak in EI Estate.
There you will find all the required materials scattered there. But specifically, look at the enemy bases and regions around it as there are high chances of getting the materials there.
Once you finish with the quest you will be finished with building the hidden network. Then you can get the wingsuit ability permanently and travel fast aerially.
There is another way by which you can get to build the hidden network early if you meet the Monteros and join the resistance leader at the Monteros farm. There you will be able to construct new vendor Kiosks around the area then just elect to build the hidden network shown with a black and green hammer icon and you will get your wingsuit automatically.
To access the wingsuit you just need to press the L3 button or the left stick while you are in the air after jumping. Before landing on the ground make sure to switch to the parachute for a safe landing. To switch to the parachute you can use the B or circle button. The wingsuit landing may cause fatal road rash so it is better to switch to parachutes.
