Before you can begin with the Beginner’s Luck Trophy you will have to play till you have reached and unlocked the Monteiro Farm Camp.

You will not need to worry about missing it as it’s a part of the story and will naturally pop up. The Monteiro Farm Camp will help you by granting you access to cooperative missions, the black market, the workbench, and a lot more. It will help you find the location of the game – the camp of El Tigre.

Players will be able to find the camp on Promise Peaks in Sierra Perdida. Now you will have to head out to Promise Peaks and ascend the mountain through the footpaths, bridges, and ropes till you’ve reached the camp.

It will take you some time but there’s no reason to hurry. Then seek out the wooden stairs and keep following them till you reach a table. Upon reaching the table you will find a group of four playing dominoes.

Move towards the table and join the group. The rules are quite simple. You will have to create chains by matching the dots together. The Beginner’s Luck Trophy will now require you to connect the tiles by matching the value of one end of another tile.

Your turn will be skipped if you no longer have any dominoes to place and continue a chain. The game will finally finish when no player will be able to make a move.

After this, the player with the lowest value of dominoes left will win. In case you have used up all your dominoes, you will win too! You will have to keep a few strategies in your mind though.

For starters, you will have to play your double tiles early every time. These are worth a lot of points and placing them will not affect the availability of the board. You can get rid of these free tiles later.

The second thing to remember is that you should always play your heavy tiles early on in the game too. In case you are in a situation where you will not be able to use up every tile, you are going to want to be left with tiles that have small amounts of dots.

Take advantage of playing a high-number domino any time you can. Do not forget that the Beginner’s Luck Trophy is based mainly on luck.
