In Diablo 3 the Barbarians will have Wrath of the Wastes set for the damage increase. You can add many strength and damage loss features in Barbarians. For toughness, you will have a whirlwind after three seconds of Wrath of the Wastes. For rend damage buff, you will have Lamentation.
Rend will also stack twice on the same target. You can apply Ambo’s Pride over damage from time to time.
