An action-adventure game called Red Dead Redemption, which is played from a third-person perspective, was published by Rockstar Games. The theme was revolved around John Marston, the main Protagonist of the Game, who sets out to bring three members of his former gang called the Van der Linde gang to justice since the government takes his wife and son hostage in ransom for his services as a hired gun.

This game can be played in both single-player and multiplayer modes, and it can be played from a third-person perspective. It was released for the play station in May 2010. Later, a prequel called Red Dead Redemption 2 was released after eight years in October. Though RDR2 carried the same characters from the first Game, writers have made some changes to make them look real in their personalities.

John Marston
John Marston, one of the main Protagonist, Red Dead Redemption 2 characters, was considered a secondary protagonist in RDR2, and he also appears as a central character. Since the character was much familiar among players, limitations were given to develop the character.
Hosea Matthews
Hosea Matthews is the most senior and closest to gang Red Dead Redemption 2 characters. Along with that, he is a master con artist, gentlemen and thief, and right-hand for 20 years. He came into the western side but ran into a problem shaking him for money. Coming to his character, he is loud, jolly, and boldface, but poorly his life was shaken up.
Micah Bell
Professionally a criminal by career, Micah was a troubled gang for five months. He says that he connected with Dutch during a fight during a bar for a few stolen gold topics where his life was saved. Surprisingly his father and grandfather were also called Micah Bell, and to a degree, his father was on the wanted list for murdering five people within the country. There’s his brother in California, whom he despises.
Charles Smith
It allows us to meet a recently recruited member of the gang. Charles could be a bit reserved but very competent altogether in his work and virtually difficult to beat up within the fight. His mother is Native American, and an African American father coming to his family background. He spent his life in struggle running here and there, and never feels that he belongs anywhere.
Bill Williamson
He was moving on to a loyal character who is short-tempered and gets angry for a fraction of a second. Bill is an ex-cavalry soldier who was betrayed by the military. He met Dutch five years ago and are a member till now.
Leopold Strauss
The one who keeps running the money lending operation is Leopold, who belongs from Austria. An unemotional man is somehow serious. His history says that he belongs to Vienna’s low-income family and runs into a significant health issue. After a long-years, he fell into the hands of the Dutch, mainly for the defense, and he’s still in it.
John Marston
Some people caught a 12-year old John Marston for robbing in Illinois., that boy was a nasty kid who won’t kill at a young age. His mother died as he was born, and his dad was blind in an exceeding bar fight later e also died in 1881. He was accustomed to staying in an orphanage for some time. He’s a fearless and strong-willed member of the gang.
Abigail Roberts
Abigail is the most recurring Red Dead Redemption 2 characters within the Red dead redemption one and season 2 both. Abigail is additionally an orphan like John Marston. She eventually loves John, and that they got married and have a son named Jack. Later it’s her and Jack who gets kidnapped and makes the sport serious and exciting while searching for them.

Lenny Summers
An excellent new member within the gang within the previous three years runs of murder from each lawman. He’s smart, educated, and impressive. Some arrogant people killed his father one night, so he took the gun in his hand and shot it all.
Josiah Trelawny
A tricker within the Game who could be a hard man and not majorly trusted by anyone, but he continually leads a gang in a very significant way and provides entertainment around the camp.
Reverend Swanson
Swanson could be a beaten man who lost all his self-esteem, religion and attentive to all his failings. If Swanson didn’t save Dutch life in the past, he would are kept long within the gang.
Sean Macguire
He’s a young thief from Ireland who has long criminal and political protester coming to Sean. He always loves action and has confidence in himself.
Sadie Adler
Sadie is the most robust female character in the Game. She is displayed as a gunwoman and bounty hunter in the Game. She was brought up in the mountains, where she developed her skills and developed herself. In the Game, she serves three types of missions: to Hunt other recoveries, and the third is a rescue.
Arthur Morgan
Arthur is the center character in the Game. He is a member of the Van der Linde gang who was picked up by the Dutch gang’s ring leader while he was a teen. At the climax, when the Dutch decided to choose Micah Bell, who was a traitor leaving Arthur fending himself.
Abigail Marston
Abigail’s character remains the same and consistent in RDR2 as those in RDR. Her personality is compatible as she is depicted as both maternal and no insane. Compared to RDR, in RDR2, her relationship with the Van Der Linde gang was explored more.
Jack Marston
RDR2 (ten-year time jump back) explores little jack ( young jack), a child raised by the Van Der Linde gang at the time. Here, his first Game began with the revenge for his father’s bounty wraps.
Uncle
Uncle, another not much changeable character from RDR2 to RDR1. Since he was one of the Van Der Linde gang’s oldest members, he completed some occasional tasks as Gamers’ reward to this character.
Bill Williamson
One of the brutal Red Dead Redemption 2 characters in the Van Der Linde gang is Bill Williamson, a former gang member. His brutal character transition was well explained and made clear in RDR2. Though he paid devotion to the team and Dutch’s vision, his arc follows Dutch’s & Javier’s Vision, and he paid for it with his oddly empathetic personality.
Dutch Van Der Linde
Van Der Linde gang was formed and treated like a home/ motherland for outsiders and Dutch’s gang in RDR1. His practice of forming gangs was similar in both RDR1 and RDR2. He was one of the charismatic fellows framed in both RDR1 and RDR2.
In 1911, Marston was deployed by the government’s agents to kill his brothers, including the Dutch. However, the government is hunting him. Dutch is successfully able to make the robbery and attack on Harold MacDougal. And they are concluding final operation Cochinay, where American Army and their base was destroyed successfully.
Agent Ross
Edgar Ross, an FBI agent in RDR1, plays a vital role as he appoints John to track down a former member of the Van Der Linde gang’s movements. In RDR2, his role was much felt as he lurks the places everywhere Arthur Morgan goes.
Herbert Moon
He runs a general store that the player frequently visits throughout their travels. He was very much familiar among other available Red Dead Redemption 2 characters. Though he was just a store owner, Herbert Moon manages to stick around in RDR1 and RDR2.
The Strange Man
The strange man never gives his name, but the common fact in this Game was he might be either a God or Lucifer. Javier Escuella, a bit of a scoundrel in RDR1, we get the chance to see his full-pledged personality in RDR2. His idealism brings him first place in the Van Der Linde gang and keeps him there despite the ambiguous actions they collectively take. Javier’s devotion to both the Dutch and the gang is tested to the full extent.
In the end, it proves that the game is full of thrill, and the Red Dead Redemption 2 characters flow along with the story, which makes it fantastic to play.
