What is the CSL League of Legends?

CSL League of Legends is also known as the Collegiate Star League. The CSL is the first eSports league for colleges. It was established in 2009 and hosted several game title tournaments, such as Starcraft2, Overwatch, the world-renowned CS: GO, Hearth, Madden, Hearthstone, Vainglory, Rocket League, League of Legends, and Dota 2. CSL League of Legends registration will start in September and will run until October. CSL will rename its collegiate division “Star League” and its junior variety division “Open League,” among other adjustments. The announcement was made with a disclaimer that unique rules are already in effect for each game, with full details to come in September.
